DAY 01: Colombo / Hanoi Arrival

Route: Colombo → Flight → Hanoi

• Departure & Arrival: Welcome to your ARM Global Travels Tour of Vietnam. Meet our company representative at Bandaranaike International Airport, complete immigration formalities, and depart to Hanoi.
• Check-in & Leisure: Meet your guide and driver upon arrival at Hanoi airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax.

DAY 02: Hanoi Full-Day City Tour & Old Quarter Cyclo Ride

Location: Hanoi City

• Historical Highlights: After breakfast, embark on a Hanoi city tour. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Ho Chi Minh’s House on Stilts, and the historic One Pillar Pagoda built in 1049. Continue to the Temple of Literature (Quoc Tu Giam), Vietnam’s first university established in 1070.
• Museum & Old Quarter: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Ethnology Museum, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple. Conclude with a 1-hour traditional cyclo tour through the bustling Old Quarter.

DAY 03: Hanoi to Halong Bay Overnight Cruise Excursion

Route: Hanoi → Halong Bay

• Embarkation & Cruise: After breakfast, depart for Ha Long City. Board your cruise ship, check into your cabin, and enjoy a first-class lunch while sailing past thousands of limestone islets, Stone Dog Islet, floating fishing villages, and Fighting Cocks Islet.
• Cave Exploration & Activities: Visit Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave)—the most stunning cave in Halong Bay. Enjoy kayaking along cliff faces and swimming (weather permitting).
• Evening on Board: Return to the cruise for a romantic dinner on board, followed by evening activities including movie night, board games, or squid fishing on the upper deck.

DAY 05: Cat Ba Island, Cooking Class / Hanoi Departure / Colombo

Payment Terms & Voluntary Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 03 weeks prior to departure.

Voluntary Cancellation Charges:

• Between 15 – 07 days before departure: Charge 25% of tour cost.
• Between 07 – 03 days before departure: Charge 40% of tour cost.
• Within 03 days before departure: Charge 60% of tour cost.
