DAY 01: Colombo / Dubai Arrival / Dhow Dinner Cruise

Route: Colombo → Flight → Dubai → Dhow Cruise

  • Departure & Arrival: Welcome to your ARM Global Travels Tour of Dubai. Complete immigration formalities at Bandaranaike International Airport and depart to Dubai. Meet and assist upon arrival at Dubai International Airport.
  • Check-in & Leisure: Transfer to your hotel and check in. Enjoy free time to relax until evening.
  • Dhow Dinner Cruise: In the evening, transfer to Dubai Creek for a romantic Dhow Dinner Cruise. Glide along the illuminated creek aboard a traditional wooden dhow while savoring a sumptuous international buffet dinner.

Meals Included: Buffet Dinner on Cruise. Overnight stay at hotel in Dubai.

DAY 02: Dubai City Orientation Tour & Shopping

Location: Dubai City Sightseeing

  • City Orientation: After breakfast, embark on an orientation tour of Dubai. Drive past historic and modern landmarks including Dubai Creek, Al Bastakiya, Al Fahidi Fort, Old Mosque, Textile Street, Heritage Village, and the famous Gold & Spice Souqs.
  • Iconic Photo Stops: Pass along Jumeirah Road with photo stops at Jumeirah Mosque, the world-famous **Burj Al Arab**, and the world’s tallest building, **Burj Khalifa**.
  • Evening Leisure: Return to the hotel and spend the evening enjoying leisure or shopping.

DAY 03: Morning Shopping & Thrilling Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner

Location: Dubai Desert

  • Morning Leisure: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the morning shopping or exploring at your own pace.
  • 4×4 Desert Safari: At around 3:30 PM, depart by 4×4 vehicles deep into the Arabian desert for an adventurous dune-bashing safari.
  • Camp Entertainment & Dinner: Arrive at the desert camp to enjoy a feast of grilled meats, fresh salads, Arabic sweets, and soft drinks under the stars, accompanied by live Belly dancing and Tanura performances.

Meals Included: Breakfast at Hotel & BBQ Dinner at Desert Camp. Overnight stay at hotel in Dubai.

DAY 04: Free Time / Dubai Departure / Colombo

Route: Dubai Airport → Flight → Colombo

  • Check-out & Flight: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Standard check-out is at 12:00 PM. Enjoy free time for last-minute leisure until your airport transfer. Transfer to Dubai International Airport for your departure flight back to Colombo.

Payment Terms & Voluntary Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payment due 03 weeks prior to departure.

Voluntary Cancellation Charges:

  • Between 21 – 14 days before departure: Charge 25% of tour cost.
  • Between 14 – 07 days before departure: Charge 40% of tour cost.
  • Between 07 – 03 days before departure: Charge 60% of tour cost.
  • Within 03 days before departure: No Refund (100% cancellation fee).
